Certificate expiration and rotation

The issued certificates are valid for 1 year. After that, they stop working.

To avoid downtime, follow these steps:

  • In Web UI API Integrations section generate a Secondary certificate.
  • Switch your services to use the Secondary certificate. Verify there are no regressions.
  • In Web UI API Integrations section delete the Primary certificate. After doing that the Secondary certificate will become the Primary one.
